Use this form to request materials and/or support from the Admissions Office for on or off-campus events.
Please request materials at least two weeks in advance.Note: materials are not guaranteed, we will do our best to fulfill your request. Materials are intended for prospective students/recruitment. If you're looking for materials for current students, please reach out to UM Marketing.
